Christmas Challenge On Very Good Recipes

White Christmas Recipe Challenge

The very first recipe challenge organized on Very Good Recipes just started! 

The theme for this first challenge has been selected by 10 food bloggers who will be serving as the judges for the challenge. Each judge is also presenting his or her own recipe of the theme they selected. The judges will select the winners at the end of the challenge (and of course they cannot win).

The Judges

The judges change every month for every challenge, so there will be an opportunity to be a judge for all the bloggers on Very Good Recipes. Send an e-mail here if you would like to become a judge for an upcoming challenge.

Theme

The theme that the 9 food bloggers/judges selected is "White Christmas". So "Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow!" in your kitchen and show us what your mind starts cooking up when you hear "White Christmas"!
To help you get some ideas, you can see the recipes that the judges are proposing as examples on the challenge page:

Participating
The challenge is open to everyone, whether you have a food blog or not.
In order to participate, you need to enter a recipe on the theme of "White Christmas".

• If you have a food blog registered on Very Good Recipes, you just need to publish your recipe on your blog with a link to the White Christmas Challenge page then It will be automatically listed on this page. (if you don't see it after 30 minutes, please e-mail here)
• If you have a food blog (or a blog with a recipe category or label) but are not yet registered on Very Good Recipes, you can register here in 30 seconds.
• If you do not have a blog, you can participate by emailing your recipe with one or more pictures. The recipe will be published on Very Good Recipe's blog so that it can be displayed on the challenge page.

To participate, all you need to do is publish a recipe on your blog, with a link to the challenge page.
The challenge ends on December 26th.


The judges will then select 5 winners who will receive gifts vouchers from our sponsor Savory Spice Shop
The 1st winner will get a $75 voucher, the 2nd a $50 voucher, and the 3rd, 4th and 5th a $30 voucher that they can use to buy some of the fresh spices and unique blends that Mike and Janet from Savory Spice Shop sell in their shop.
